PERMITES AND STANDARDS
EURO-TAX operates under the Polish law. We provide bookkeeping services under the Accounting Law dated 24 September 1994 (Journal of Laws No. 121, item 591), which sets out qualifications required for rendering bookkeeping services on the basis of Qualification Certificate No. 11068/98 from the Minister of Finance.
Our activities in the field of staff recruitment and labor leasing are pursuant with the Law on Employment Promotion and Labour Law Institutions (Journal of Laws, 2004, No. 99, item 1001 with subsequent amendments.) In accordance with certificates obtained from the Ministry of Economy and Labor, we have been entered into the Register of Employment Agencies:
- registration no. 1919/3 as a temporary employment agency;
- registration no. 1919/1a as an employment service provider operating within the Republic of Poland;
- registration no. 1919/1b as an employment agency for Polish citizens seeking work abroad with foreign employers.
